Sekanjabin (Persian Mint & Cucumber syrup)
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
2 Cups Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Tbsp apple vinegar
1 Cucumber (Grated)
Place all the ingredients into the sauce pan and cook it on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes, then add the vinegar. After it cooled pass it throw strainer.
For serving in a glass,place 6-7 tbsp of the syrup (depends on your taste), hand full of grated cucumber, ice and dilute with water.
