Sekanjabin (Persian Mint & Cucumber syrup)
Syrup Ingredients: 1 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Water 2 Cups Fresh Mint Leaves 1 Tbsp apple vinegar Finish Up: 1 Cucumber (Grated) Ice Cold Water Directions: Place all the ingredients into the sauce pan and cook it on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes, then add the vinegar. After it cooled pass it throw strainer. Ingredients: Pizza dough Mozzarella Cheese Marinara sauce Peperoni Parmesan Cheese Directions: Roll out the pizza dough into the rectangular shape, place some mozzarella cheese and fold it from two side, and place it into the doughnut shaped mould. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cut the pepperoni into the small circles with something like piping nozzle. finally grate some parmesan cheese on top.
